Warranty
3-year Limited Warranty: Pillow
SleepJoy, LLC ("SleepJoy") guarantees that we will, at SleepJoy's option, replace or repair purchaser's product if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
This warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the ViscoFresh® enhanced memory foam material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the product.
This warranty covers:
• any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling; and
• deterioration of the cell-structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape.
During the three (3) years of this warranty, SleepJoy will at its option, repair the product at a handling cost to purchaser, or replace the product.
This warranty covers all SleepJoy pillows in all sizes.
If available, the cover for the product is warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase against faults in material or workmanship. If SleepJoy replaces the cover for the product, SleepJoy will replace it with the current style of cover available, which may be a different cover or material than the original cover.
This cover warranty is valid only if manufacturer’s care instructions were followed. If the product or cover is physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn, this warranty is void.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from SleepJoy.com. If purchaser is not the original purchaser of this product, he/she takes it “as is” and “with all faults.”
In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to SleepJoy prior to the replacement.

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

The pillow is miraculous.

Test Drive
Had this pillow for a week now, and I'm sleeping well. It's memory foam feature helps to avoid tossing and turning and it has a very good feel in general. I think this could work very well for people who like to sleep on either side, but will be sub-optimal for people who prefer to sleep on their belly.
All in all, it's a good product and I would recommend it.
better posture
Struggling with my posture is the story of my life. after my husband bought a topper for me, i was wondering if the right pillow can "top" the bed. i think now i have the best bed ever, that i have had experience with. my mattress keeps me comfortable, and this pillow gives me a lot of needed support. iwona
Sleeping on a cloud
This pillow is a great mix of comfort and firmness. It ergonomic nature allows each person to shape it into fitting themselves. I just slept using one last night and woke up energized and rested. My wife is betting on it for a better sleep for both of us with much less snoring!! Really found what I believe is a treasure for healthy and pleasant sleep!
